A Frackville, PA man pleaded not guilty to attempted armed robbery in Broome County Court Wednesday. 20-year-old Zaheer Rasheed is alleged to have used a firearm in an attempted robbery at Chapman and Pine Streets in Binghamton on April 2nd. Rasheed is also a suspect in another robbery reported on the same night.
