Three people were arrested following the execution of a search warrant at a Johnson Street Apartment in Binghamton. Police recovered heroin, crack cocaine, and materials associated with the sale of drugs. 37-year-old Jack Whitehead of Binghamton has been charged with felony Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, a parole violation, and several misdemeanors. 38-year-old Nicole Brown of Endicott was charged with three counts of felony Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, as well as felony Tampering with Physical Evidence and three misdemeanors. 31-year-old Brandy Henniger was charged with a parole violation and a misdemeanor. The three suspects were transported to the Binghamton Police Department where they were processed and held pending arraignment.
