The 51st Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade was held in Binghamton on Saturday, despite the lingering aftereffects of the snow storm. The roads were pretty much clear of snow. The annual Belmar Parade day mile was also held Saturday, right before the parade. Several hundred runners raced from the Broome County Library to the Belmar Pub. Binghamton Police say the day went without incident, and without a single arrest.
