Remember that the Binghamton Police Department is participating in the Broome County Park’s Trunk or Treat this year. The Trunk or Treat will be held this Saturday, October 20th from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. at Otsiningo Park. Children can stop by for candy, to check out the Police Command Vehicle, and to speak with Police Officers.
