Updating a story reported yesterday, 46-year-old Erika Smith Cunningham of Binghamton was shot and killed in the incident on Crocker Avenue in Johnson City Easter morning. Two other unidentified people were injured in the shooting; the extent of their injuries has not been reported. Police say that Cunningham was not the intended target, but this shooting was not a random act. Police have not indicated if they have identified a suspect. The investigation is continuing.
