The Broome County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating 37-year-old Jack Langland. There is an outstanding warrant on Langland for felony Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. He is white, 6 feet tall, and 180 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
