A longtime Endicott business is closing its doors next month.
The Corner Drug Store, located at the corner of West Main Street and Nanticoke Avenue will be closing on June 26th after 87 years in business.
The local, independent pharmacy was opened in 1938 by Phil Colella.
Pharmacist Francis Magee joined the local business in 1954 and his son Patrick came on board in 1985.
The drug store will continue to fill prescriptions until it closes on June 26th. Customer prescriptions will then be transferred to the CVS Pharmacy in West Corners.
