The Broome County Sheriff’s Office has made an arrest for credit card fraud. 36-year-old Andrew J. Dickinson, of Endicott, is alleged to have removed a debit card from a residence belonging to an associate, and without permission, used the card to make multiple purchases and cash withdrawals in the County. Dickinson has been charged with 14 counts of felony Identity Theft, 14 counts of felony Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, and 1 count of Grand Larceny. The suspect was arraigned in the Village of Endicott Court and remanded to the Broome County Jail without bail.
