The Endicott Police Department has charged an Endicott man with three counts of felony rape. The incidents allegedly occurred between February 2017 and March 2018 at a residence in Endicott. The victim was 15-years-old at the time of the first incident. 24-year-old Richard Lopez-Hernandez was arrested without incident on Wednesday. He and the victim were acquaintances.
