The Endicott Police made an arrest on Thursday following a brief chase. 18-year-old Kenneth Jordan of Endicott was driving on Monroe Street. He failed to stop when requested by police but soon ran off the roadway into a building. Jordan fled the scene but was taken into custody a short while later. Jordan was alleged to be in possession of crack cocaine and packaging material. He was charged with two felony counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, several misdemeanors, and traffic violations. A 4-year-old was in the vehicle during the incident. Jordan was arraigned at Central Arraign ment in Binghamton and remanded to the Broome County Jail without bail.
