The Endicott Wastewater Treatment Plant has received a$1.2 million grant from FEMA’s Hazard Mitigation Grant Program. The funds are to be used to reduce flooding risk and to make improvements to the exterior of seven buildings. Senator Charles Schumer and Senator Kirsten Gillibrand announced the award on Wednesday.
