The Broome County Special Investigations Unit conducted a search of a residence on Autumn Drive in Endwell and found about 2.2 ounces of cocaine and drug packaging material. 47-year-old Peter Ruff was charged with three felony counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and a misdemeanor. The suspect was arraigned and remanded to the Broome County Jail.
