43-year-old Belven Fajardo of Endwell has been found guilty of attempted arson to a Johnson City apartment building in May 2017. Fajardo is alleged to have thrown a Molotov Cocktail against the building on Grand Avenue. Sentencing is scheduled for September. Fajardo faces a sentence of from 5 to 25 years in prison.
