Johnson City Police responded to a report of a disturbance at the Wilson Hospital Emergency Room last week. Initial reports said that one of the people involved may have a gun. No gun was found, but police smelled marijuana on 20-year-old Desean J. October of Binghamton. The suspect was found to have marijuana and heroin on him. October was arrested and charged with felony Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and two misdemeanors. October was arraigned and taken to the Broome County Jail.
