The Johnson City Police have arrested 57-year-old Steven Blank on charges related to violating an order of protection. At about 10:45pm Wednesday, police were called to a residence on Crocker Avenue for a report of a physical domestic dispute. Blank is accused of being at his ex-partners residence and punching him in the head. The order of protection was issued on September 18th. The suspect was charged with felony Criminal Contempt. He was taken to Central Arraignment and remanded to the Broome County Jail.
