Johnson City police have arrested a fourth suspect in the violent attack of a man last week on Grand Avenue. Taken into custody was 20-year-old Spencer
Chapman. He was charged with attempted murder. Three other people are also facing that charge. Police allege that the group assaulted a man, stabbing him then shooting him. The bullet wound was not life-threatening.
