Here is a traffic alert from the Johnson City Department of Public Works – Weather permitting, tomorrow…Baldwin Street between Main Street and Corliss Avenue will be closed to through traffic from 7-4 in order to facilitate the placement of roof mounted steam pipes for the Wilson Hospital complex. There will be access to the emergency room entrance from Main Street only. Traffic will be controlled by flaggers for hospital traffic and emergency vehicles. Motorists are urged to seek alternate routes as delays in traffic movement will occur during this time frame.
