The Johnson City Police are seeking the public’s help with a cold case investigation for missing person Chester E. Labar. He has been missing for over two years and would now be 40-years-old. Chester is a white male, 5’07”, 140 LBS. There is no known clothing description when Chester went missing. He was reported missing on 10/3/2016 and was last seen at the NYPENN Trade Center located at 435 Main St Johnson City, NY. Chester has his name tattooed on his neck and numerous other tattoos.
