No injuries were reported when an apartment building partially collapsed last night at 59 Allen Street in Johnson City. It happened shortly after 9 p.m. Sunday when a rear wall buckled. Fire, police and EMS all responded to the three story structure. Everyone safely evacuated. Tax records show the building was constructed in 1970. The scene was turned over to Town of Union Code at 10:30 p.m.
