On Tuesday, the Johnson City Police received a report of a stolen vehicle. The victim had started her van and left it running in the driveway to warm up. When she came back outside, the van was gone. Ten minutes later police spotted the van on Grand Avenue and followed it to a parking lot at Boland park. The driver left the van and started running toward the river. 18-year-old Andre A. Fuimo of Johnson City was arrested and charged with felony Grand Larceny, felony Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, and a misdemeanor. Fuimo was arraigned in Johnson City Court and remanded to the Broome County Jail.
