A production crew was in town Wednesday filming for the “The Sinner” television show on USA Network. It stars Jessica Biel, Christopher Abbott and Bill Pullman. It’s about a woman who acts out in rage but doesn’t know why. A crew from California filmed scenes in parts of Owego as well as outside the Johnson City Police station Wednesday morning. Crew members did not say when the scenes will air.
