New York State Police responded Monday to a residence in the Town of Colesville for a reported physical dispute. 35-year-old Dennis Harrington was arrested for misdemeanor Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and the violation of Harassment. Harrington was arraigned and released on his own recognizance. An Order of Protection was issued to the victim. Four hours later, Harrington returned to the residence. He was then arrested for Criminal Contempt. He was then arraigned and remanded to the Broome County Jail on $5,000 cash bail.
