A 30-year-old woman from Nineveh has been indicted by a Broome County Grand Jury in the death of her 10-year-old daughter last February. Serina Madden was arrested on Monday at a residence in Endicott. She was charged with second degree murder, manslaughter, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. The indictment follows a lengthy investigation into the death of Bella Donna Loke, who was found dead in her bedroom on East Windsor Road in the Town of Colesville. Madden is being held at the Broome County Jail pending further court proceedings.
