The New York State Police has identified the victim in Sunday’s fatal fire in Windsor.
According to police, 84-year-old Daniel R. Price was killed in the fire on White Birch Lake Road in Windsor.
The fire broke out at around 4:45 a.m. and the home was fully engulfed by flames when first responders arrived.
Two other people were taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Several cats were killed in the fire.
Firefighters from Windsor, West Windsor, Harpursville, Five Mile Point, Susquehanna and Deposit responded to the incident.
