Binghamton Police are still searching for a man missing since April 9th . 19-year-old Kyle Nowalk has mental health and developmental issues. Police say he is likely not taking his medications. Nowalk was last seen at Main and Helen Streets in Binghamton. He also has ties to Vestal and Smithville Flats.
