Congressman Josh Riley returned to his hometown of Endicott on Saturday for a swearing in ceremony.
Riley was sworn in to represent the 19th congressional district by his former teacher, Lynda Deluca, in a ceremony at the Village of Endicott Welcome Center.
The Democrat beat incumbent Republican congressman Marc Molinaro by just over 3,500 votes in November’s election.
