A Rochester woman was arrested on Tuesday, following a traffic stop for speeding on Route 26 in the Town of Triangle. 27-year-old Megan N. Rogers was charged with the felony of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and misdemeanor Criminal Impersonation.
