The South Carolina woman arrested for endangering the welfare of a child, has waived extradition and will be returned to South Carolina. 23-year-old Holly Dew was stopped by State Police in Broome County, a missing 2-year-old child, suffering from a gunshot wound, was found in the vehicle. The child has been released from hospital and is under the care of child protective services.
