The State of Emergency declared in Tioga and Broome Counties remains in effect today following flooding Tuesday night, though a “no unnecessary travel ban” has been lifted. Flooded roadways were assessed and debris was removed Wednesday in affected areas. Road crews are continuing to make necessary repairs today.
