Three nurses have filed a suit against Correctional Medical Care in Broome County Supreme Court. Three nurses allege that they were fired for refusing to falsify medical records at the Broome County Jail. CMC provides medical care at multiple correctional facilities. The nurses allege that they were instructed to falsify records to show inmates received care within guidelines. CMC issued a statement that the charges are baseless.
NOTE – The Broome County Jail is not a part of this law suit.
