The carousel at West Endicott Park will be out of commission until July.
The carousel is in need of significant repairs after damage was discovered in the fall.
Due to the attraction being over 100 years old, it requires highly specialized work — with only one known company in Connecticut available to complete the repairs.
The cost of the project is expected to be between $16,000 and $30,000.
The repairs are expected to be completed by July 4.
