Historic Owego Marketplace hosting Halloween Fest tonight

The Historic Owego Marketplace will host the annual Halloween Fest tonight (Friday, Oct. 24).

The event will run from 5 to 8 pm and features a costume parade and contest, trick or treating, music and much more.

The parade will begin at 5:45 with lineup at Early Owego Antiques.
