The annual Lights on the River will take place tonight in downtown Owego.
The event runs from 5 to 9 p.m. and will feature local shopping, food trucks, vendors, live entertainment and fireworks.
The Parade of Lights, featuring ATVs, UTVs or Jeeps decorated with Christmas Lights, will travel through the village at 7.
