Longtime New York Assemblywoman Donna Lupardo will not seek re-election.
Lupardo has represented New York’s 123rd Assembly District for more than 20 years.
The 123rd District covers Binghamton, Vestal, Johnson City, Union and Endicott.
Lupardo was first elected to the Assembly in 2004. She will retire at the end of this year.
