The Tioga County Department of Motor Vehicles will be closed for a few days next month.
According to county officials, the DMV in Owego will be closed between Friday, Feb. 13 and Wednesday, Feb. 18 as New York State upgrades its systems.
This is the initial phase of a multi-year project to replace and modernize older technology systems.
The Owego DMV will reopen at 9 am on Thursday, Feb. 19th.
