The Owego Police Department has identified the driver wanted in connection with a hit-and-run incident back in October.
The hit-and-run occurred at around 9:30 p.m. on October 10th. Four people exited a restaurant on 5th Ave. in Owego and got into a pickup truck.
The driver proceeded to back into another vehicle and left the scene without reporting it.
No further information has been released.
