Team Tioga will be holding an Open House and Ribbon Cutting at their new location in Owego.
The community is invited to attend the ceremony starting at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 24.
There will also be tours and refreshments available from 4 to 6 p.m. at 81 North Avenue in Owego.
