The Tioga County Industrial Development Agency has unanimously approved a PILOT application for Lockheed Martin.
The estimated $51 million dollar project will include renovating a 70,000 square foot space on the Lockheed Martin Owego campus.
The renovated facility will be used for helicopter integration and supporting flight operations.
The project will bring approximately 100 new, full-time equivalent manufacturing jobs along with construction jobs during the renovations.
The renovations are expected to be completed by the end of 2027.
