As COVID Cases Keep Rising, Tioga Residents Urged to be Cautious this Weekend

As the long weekend approaches, Tioga County Legislative Chairwoman Martha Sauerbrey encourages everyone to take precautions. With a large increase of COVID-19 cases in the Southern Tier, it is important that we stay on top of our behaviors. Remember, you could potentially encounter an individual that has COVID-19 when you are at work, while in public places and at gatherings of any size. By adhering to wearing a mask and social distancing, we can keep our schools, churches and businesses open. We do not want to go backwards and have to shut things down. Our community’s well-being is in your hands so let’s work together, for the good of each other, the good of the community.
