A 73-year-old man from Lockwood was fatally shot while hunting off Miller Hollow Road in Barton. The man was hunting with 53-year-old Dean Brockoff, also of Lockwood, on Sunday morning at about 7AM. The victim was taken to Robert Packer Hospital where he later died. Brockoff has been arrested and charged with manslaughter. He was remanded to the Tioga County Jail on $20,000 cash bail. The victim has not yet been identified.
