A Tioga County Grand Jury has indicted a Candor man on two felony counts of Sexual Abuse as well as a misdemeanor Sexual Abuse charge. 53-year-old Dennis Rose was charged following an investigation by the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office. The suspect was arraigned and remanded to the Tioga County Jail on $5,000 bail.
