The Chemung County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of 19-year-old Taylor Rockwell of Candor. He was picked up on an outstanding Bench Warrant for Falsely Reporting an Incident in the 3rd Degree, a class A Misdemeanor, issued by the Town of Horseheads Court in August. Rockwell was arraigned in the Town of Horseheads Court and released.
