A Newark Valley man has been arrested for stealing an e-bike last week.
According to the New York State Police, 25-year-old Anthony L. Tomasky has been charged with criminal possession of stolen property.
State troopers found Tomasky hiding under his deck when they arrived at his residence.
Police were informed that Tomasky had the e-bike in a shed which led to his arrest.
