The Newark Valley Chamber of Commerce is inviting groups of all kinds to be a part of the Summerfest Parade on Saturday, July 28th. The Theme is ‘Fun in the Sun’. The organizers are looking for groups both young and young at heart, businesses, churches, tractors, cars, animals, walkers, floats, and so forth.
