The Tioga County Veterans’ Service Agency and Tioga Downs Casino Resort are sponsoring the 2nd Annual Veterans Expo at Tioga Downs on Tuesday, October 23rd from 10 am to 4 pm. The Expo is a resource fair that is free to attend for veterans, their family members and care providers. There will be over 30 agencies and organizations present to help meet veteran’s needs.
