One person was killed in a car accident in Spencer on Friday morning.
According to the New York State Police, the accident occurred at around 3:15 a.m. on Van Etten Road.
Police said an Audi A4 went off the roadway and into a ditch before hitting a culvert. The car went airborne and rolled before coming to a rest.
The driver was taken to the Robert Packer Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
The victim is a 25-year-old man, but his identity has not been released.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
