The Village of Owego has scheduled the annual Lights on the River Festival for Friday, December 7th from 4PM to 9PM. Fireworks are scheduled to begin at 8:00 PM from Draper Park. Court Street Bridge, Park Street and Front Street from Church Street to Academy Street will be closed from 7:00 PM until the conclusion of the fireworks and the area is cleared by officials. Street closings on Lake Street and Front Street will begin at 3PM. Vehicles must be removed by 2PM. No on-street parking will be allowed.
