The Johnson City Police Department said they arrested an Owego man for raping an 11-year-old girl. Authorities allege that 32-year-old Joshua Baldock had intercourse with the child several times over a 2 month period in 2017. Police said these incidents took place in Johnson City. Baldock was arraigned in Johnson City Court and remanded to the Broome County Jail without bail. Baldock is a registered Level 1 sexual offender.
