The Apalachin Lions Club will be sponsoring a sophomore student from Owego Free Academy and Vestal Senior High School to participate in the regional Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership workshop. It will be held in the spring of 2019. The Apalachin Lions believe that the workshop will benefit the participant as well as his or her peers, the school, and the community at large.
