James P. Yost, 29, of Owego, was arrested Monday on an outstanding Bench Warrant for Petit Larceny, a class A Misdemeanor, issued by the Town of Horseheads Court on June 27. YOST was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Horseheads Court at later date.
